Periana Mediterranean Sauce: Garlic and parsley oil


  • 125 ml olive oil
    25 gr of parsley leaves
    1 clove garlic


Preparation of the recipe:

Peel the clove of garlic. chop it into slices. Put it in the mortar, add the fresh parsley leaves and mash it lightly.
Then add the Periana Verdial extra virgin olive oil and mix.
Now it's ready to taste.
